5. Custom orders and uploaded photos
By uploading a photo for a custom canvas, you confirm that you own the photo or have permission to use it, and that the people pictured agree to its use. You remain the owner of your photo. We use it only to create your order. We may refuse any photo that is offensive, illegal or infringes on someone else’s rights.

6. Shipping and returns
Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual property
All designs, images and content on this website belong to The Golden Wend or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or resell them without our written permission. Buying a canvas does not grant you any right to reproduce its design.
