2. Products
We sell canvas wall art, printed to order, including custom canvases created from your photos. Product details and sizes are described on each product page.

3. Prices
Prices are shown in US dollars. Shipping is free. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. The price charged is the one displayed at the time of your order.

4. Orders
Your order is confirmed once payment is accepted. You will receive an order confirmation by email.

5. Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of ordering, using the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely; we never store your card details.

6. Delivery
We ship within the United States only. Delivery terms are described in our Shipping Policy.

7. Cancellations, returns and refunds
Cancellations, returns and refunds are described in our Refund Policy. Because every product is made to order, returns for a change of mind are not accepted. Damaged, misprinted or defective items are replaced or refunded.

8. Legal rights
Nothing in these Terms of Sale limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

9. Governing law and disputes
