Refund Policy

Made-to-order products
Every canvas is printed just for you after you order. For this reason, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, a different size or a different design.

Order cancellation
You can cancel your order for a full refund within [2] hours of placing it, as long as it hasn’t entered production. Email us at contact@thegoldenwend.com as soon as possible.

Damaged, misprinted or defective items
If your canvas arrives damaged, misprinted or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery at contact@thegoldenwend.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll send you a free replacement or a full refund, at your choice. In most cases, a photo is enough and you won’t need to send anything back.

Lost packages
If your order hasn’t arrived, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we’ll make it right.

Custom canvases
Custom canvases are created from the photo you provide, and the final result depends on its quality. Custom canvases can be replaced or refunded only if they arrive damaged, misprinted or defective.

Refunds
